By accessing or using Tippable ("the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Tippable provides a digital tipping platform that enables users to send and receive tips through QR codes and digital links. The Services facilitate cashless gratuity transactions for performers and service workers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. International Availability

Tippable is currently designed and optimized for use by individuals and businesses located in the United States.

Users located outside the United States may be able to access and use the Services; however, we make no representations that the Services are appropriate, compliant, or fully functional in other jurisdictions. Availability of features, payment functionality, payouts, and compliance requirements may vary based on country and local regulations.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with all applicable local laws, tax obligations, and regulations. Tippable does not provide legal or tax advice.

5. Payments and Fees

Tippable never takes a percentage of tips sent through the platform. Tips are paid directly to performers. Supporters pay a platform fee to help operate the Services. Standard payment processing fees may apply.

5.1 Payment Processing and Stripe

Payment processing services are provided by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms, policies, and regional availability. Tippable does not control Stripe's onboarding requirements, identity verification, payout eligibility, or country-level restrictions.

Tippable is not responsible for delays, limitations, or failures related to payment processing that result from Stripe's compliance requirements or regional restrictions.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tippable and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tippable, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by updating the date at the top of these Terms.
